• notes to self:

    1. seriously, chill the fuck out. everything is going to be ok. everything does not need to be perfect. stop stressing out about every stupid little detail of your life. there is absolutely no reason for you to be stressing about a multiple choice exam 5 days from now. CHILL. OUT.
    2. spend more time with your friends. despite your complete lack of emotional output, they do still care about you.
    3. stop being selfish. not everything’s about you. 
    4. stop complaining. no one cares. everyone has their own problems.
    5. not getting into pharmacy school does not mean the end of the world. stop being a little bitch and learn to savor the present.
    6. get off your fat, lazy ass and go exercise. walking to and from class does not count. and stop eating at 4 in the morning. actually, why are you even awake at 4 AM? 
    7. everything is going to be ok
